About the company

Aguna is a Russian developer and manufacturer of thermotechnical equipment. Boiler equipment produced by Aguna makes it possible to meet heat-supply requirements of any level of complexity, from automated heating in buildings and on industrial sites to the provision of heating and hot water supply in large plants and housing facilities.

The company’s equipment is successfully utilized by Uraltransmash, Surgutneftegas, Peterburgcement, Stroyenergobalt, Independent Financial Group, Salekhardenergo, Teplovey, Alrosa-Gas, the city of Azov’s Don-Press co-op, the city of Engels’ Parus-1 co-op.

The Aguna products are being used in the projects of Bulanashsky engineering plant, the Gazprommash plant, the SiN-gaz plant, Tyumen-Diesel, Maxtherm, Energoservice Center, Saratovgazautomatica and others.

Aguna’s output has gotten notice from the Energy Committee of the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Industrial Policy and Innovations Committee of St. Petersburg, and the Committee for Energy and Engineering of St. Petersburg. In the fall of 2015, it was showcased in St. Petersburg’s Lenexpo exhibition center.

Competitive advantages

High-performance ACS-100/500 Classic gas-fired boilers with smooth capacity control from 40% to 100% are the optimal equipment for building compact, economical autonomous systems of heating and hot water supply. The boilers’ development builds on the experience of leading foreign manufacturers. The built-in control system based on microprocessor technology ensures the highest level of reliability and helps to significantly reduce operational expenses.

Aside from supplying the equipment, the company performs a full range of work in this field: designing autonomous heating sources, installing boiler houses, maintenance of heat and power systems, warranty maintenance and service. The company’s production facilities are located in Ekaterinburg. The company has its own storage facilities with spare parts and tools.

The focus areas of Aguna:

• mass production of ACS100, ACS 200, ACS 230, ACS300, ACS500 water-heating gas-fired boilers;
• mass production of STG Classic, STG Premier, ACS Classic, Gasdevice 414, Gasdevice 424 boilers;
• mass production of automation and dispatching systems for boiler rooms, local and central heat distribution stations;
• mass production of automated AGUNA block-modular boiler houses, capacity of 0,4 — 3,6 MW;
• solving tasks related to technical re-equipment of boiler houses;
• mass production of ACS 311 industrial torches (automated, gas-charged, with premixing and smooth capacity control, to be used in industrial furnaces).

For existing boiler rooms, Aguna offers ACS Classic modular boilers with the capacity of 100, 200, 230, 300 and 500 kW as replacement for out-of-date equipment.
