Ministry of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region provides support to entrepreneurs and licensing of certain activity types of business entities, including manufacture, turnover and sales of alcoholic products. The Ministry is also responsible for the consumer market, service and innovation sphere.

The ministry implements a number of projects in the framework of state programs in order to support, develop and control the functioning of these spheres. Both starting and acting entrepreneurs have access to all the necessary infrastructure starting from business incubators and business centres to technoparks and business development foundations.
