PIK LLC Pipeline Production and Insulation

PIK LLC is one of the few companies of Ural region, which comprises such lines of production as production of polyethylene pipelines of different purpose and production of preinsulated steel pipes.

The company produces polyethylene pipelines for water supply (cold and hot), gas supply and cabling, as well as steel thermally-insulated and moistureproof pipelines (urethane-foam insulation, polymineral foam insulation, very reinforced insulation, internal anticorrosion protective coating, external epoxide powder coating and multilayer insulation).

PIK LLC production is located in Polevskoy town, Ural region.

Production lines are completed with German high-capacity equipment KraussMaffei Berstorff. The company performs cyclical turnaround from purchasing of raw materials and acceptance tests up to produced products tests in the own certified laboratory, which are being held on European equipment Sciteq (Denmark).

All the products are being produced in accordance to Russian Standards (GOST) and are being shipped with quality certificates.

During the years of work PIK LLC has managed to win customers` loyalty and has become the supplier of leading Russian companies, such as “Rosneft”, “T Plyus”, “Polyus”, and many others.

Shipments geography: from Central Russia up to Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous District and the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Disttrict.

Company news

Till the end of 2020 the company is planning to start the two new production units with high-capacity equipment in production of very reinforced insulation and internal anti-corrosion coating for steel pipes. Now the company is expanding the existing production of urethane-foam insulation, the production is moving to a new unit specially built for it.

In May 2020 PIK LLC became a participant of a national project “Increasing labor productivity and employment support”. The company is being supervised by Regional Center of Competences.

Currently the company actively deals with development of business processes for entry into export markets of Eurasian Economic Union. Selection for participation in an accelerative program “Export Heat” held by Russian export center is being carried out.
